This
new office building was designed to highlight and
showcase the Client’s commercial construction
abilities by creating a visual impact.
Varied materials
(i.e. cast-in-place concrete, stone, stucco, etc.)
effectively spotlight current commercial, architectural,
and construction trends, as well as provide the Client
with a building that is a landmark
in the community. The emphasis placed on merging
the interiors and the exteriors provides for a consistency
in design vocabulary that is a strength of KJA.

Olmsted National Bank
New Building
As a landmark along Highway 14 and Co. Rd. 22 at the entrance to Rochester,
Olmsted National Bank is an example of new construction innovation in color
and form. This creative design has been touted as “sexy” by
the Post Bulletin’s Jeff Kiger (February 2006).
