Kane and Johnson Architects, Inc.

This 2 year project included a major face lift of the exterior of this historical building. Included was stone replacement, patching of existing stone, and tuckpointing of the entire building. Many of the stones, which were replaced, are truly one of a kind and were replicated exactly with precast manufactured stone. Kane and Johnson Architects was honored with the Cast Stone Institute’s Design Excellence Award for Commercial buildings and the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota’s Honor Award for this project.
